Hold $1,000.00 in escrow for one marketplace milestone between buyer `buyer_001` and seller `seller_001`. The buyer must fund the agreement before 2026-07-20T18:00:00.000Z. The seller may submit delivery before that deadline. If the buyer accepts a submitted delivery before the deadline, release 90% of escrow to the seller and 10% to marketplace `market_001`. Either buyer or seller may open a dispute after delivery and before the deadline. While disputed, ordinary release and deadline refund are blocked. Marketplace `market_001` resolves the dispute for either seller or buyer, including after the original deadline. If the agreement remains funded and undisputed at or after the exact deadline, refund the full escrow to the buyer. The exact deadline belongs to the refund path. Identical event retries must not create another state or money effect. If independently eligible terminal commands target the same agreement version, the first valid command serialized by Pact Runtime reserves the outcome.
This is an operational money policy, not a legal agreement.
